Returns & Refunds Policy – Mesa Grills UK

We hope you’ll love your Mesa Grill, but if for any reason you’re not satisfied, you can return your order under the following conditions.

30-Day Returns

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return.

To be eligible:

  • The item must be unused, unlit, and free from charcoal residue, ash, grease, soot or signs of combustion, and in the same condition in which it was received.

  • It must include all original packaging, accessories, and manuals.

  • You’ll need proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation).

To request a return, email us at info@mesagrills.co.uk. Please do not send items back without contacting us first, as unauthorised returns will not be accepted.


Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us within 48 hours if the item is damaged, defective or incorrect so we can review and resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Exchanges

The fastest way to exchange is to return your item (once approved) and place a new order.


Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the approval. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please allow extra time for your bank or card provider to post the refund. If 15 business days have passed since approval, contact us at info@mesagrills.co.uk.


UK & EU 14-Day Right to Cancel

If your order is delivered within the UK or European Union, you also have the legal right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of delivery, without needing to provide a reason. The item must still meet the conditions above.
